About Siam Country Club, Waterside

The prestigious Siam Country Club offers three courses, with Waterside being the latest addition to the Plantation and Siam Country Club Old courses. The latter was the venue of the LPGA Thailand last year.

The Waterside Course, designed by IMG and spread over 200 acres, features gently sloping terrain, making it very different from the hillier Siam Country Club Old and Plantation Courses. At over 7,400 yards the back tees will challenge the best golfers, while other tees down to 5,000 yards are available and offer enjoyment for players at any level. The Waterside Course design is strategic with several lakes and creeks in play. Water frames the last three holes of each nine while all of the greens are flush with the fairways.

Some of the most notable holes include the 17th which is a long 600-yard par 5 that gives big hitters the option to cut across a dogleg left over water to reach the green in two. The final hole is a great finishing hole playing around the large lake in front of the clubhouse. The 420-yard par 4 is a challenge for any golfer, especially playing into the prevailing winds.

The Waterside clubhouse has a modern contemporary design and all the facilities of a top golf club. The clubhouse offers a 180-degree view of the surrounding valley and from the terrace golfers can see how the course, lakes, creeks and landscaping blend in with natural land formations.

The well-stocked pro shop, excellent locker rooms, changing areas and top-quality restaurant serving both Thai and international items add to the overall exceptional experience.
